Please Empty Your Bins Before Service
For a thorough, sanitary cleaning, your trash and recycling bins must be empty when our team arrives.
Why this matters
Bins with trash inside cannot be properly cleaned, sanitized, or deodorized. We're unable to dispose of your trash, and bins left with debris must be rescheduled — possibly with a return fee.
Do this before we arrive
- ✓ Schedule your cleaning right after your normal trash pickup day
- ✓ Make sure every bin you booked for is completely empty
- ✓ Leave bins curbside or in your driveway, lids open or closed
- ✓ Remove any loose bags or large debris from the inside
- ✓ Make sure bins are accessible (not blocked by vehicles or gates)
Please don't
- ✗ Leave full trash bags inside the bins
- ✗ Schedule the day before your regular pickup
- ✗ Leave hazardous materials, paint, oil, or chemicals inside
- ✗ Put pet waste bags inside without sealing them
- ✗ Block bin access with cars, locked gates, or pets

The best time to book is the same day or day after your regular trash pickup. That way your bins are guaranteed empty when our team arrives.
